February 14, 2025 – Muslims across the world observed Shab-e-Barat with great devotion and spiritual fervor. Throughout the night, mosques were filled with worshippers engaged in prayers, recitation of the Holy Quran, and seeking forgiveness from Allah.
Shab-e-Barat, also known as the Night of Forgiveness, holds special significance in Islam, as believers seek mercy and blessings for their future. Many faithful spent the night in voluntary prayers (Nafl), supplications, and Dhikr, while some also visited cemeteries to pray for their departed loved ones.
In various cities, religious scholars delivered sermons on the importance of repentance, self-reflection, and doing good deeds. Special arrangements were made in mosques to accommodate the large number of worshippers.
Muslims also distributed food among the needy, reinforcing the spirit of generosity and compassion. The night concluded with collective Dua for peace, prosperity, and the well-being of the Muslim Ummah.
