The Sarwari Qadri lineage is a branch of the Qadri Sufi order, which traces its spiritual roots back to Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani, a famous Islamic scholar and founder of the Qadri Sufi order. The Sarwari Qadri group focuses on Purity of heart, Divine Love.
- Hazrat Sultan Bahoo: A major figure in the Sarwari Qadri lineage, Sultan Bahoo was a mystic, saint, and writer from the Punjab. He made spiritual practices easier to understand, making the path available to everyone. He wrote famous works like Abyat-e-Bahoo and Risala Roohi Sharif. Sultan Bahoo focused on a inner connection with Allah through remembering Him (zikr) and divine love (Ishq-e-Haqiqi). He also introduced the term “Sarwari Qadri” to highlight his simpler approach to Sufism.
