Lahore, Nov 09, 2024 – Khanqah Sultan ul Ashiqeen, the renowned spiritual center located on Sundar Adda, Multan Road, Lahore, celebrated Iqbal Day on 9th November with great enthusiasm and reverence. This annual event, held to honor the legacy of Allama Muhammad Iqbal, drew a large gathering of devotees, scholars, and followers of Sufism.
The special program was organized under the guidance of Sultan ul Ashiqeen, the esteemed spiritual leader and custodian of the Sarwari Qadri order. The event began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by naats (poetry in praise of the Holy Prophet PBUH) that set a spiritually uplifting atmosphere.
In his keynote address, Sultan ul Ashiqeen highlighted the profound impact of Allama Iqbal’s philosophy on the revival of spiritual values in the Muslim Ummah. He urged the attendees to follow Iqbal’s message of self-reliance, courage, and dedication to the cause of Islam.



The program also featured soulful Sufi poetry and Iqbal’s inspiring verses, recited by members of the Khanqah, which captivated the audience and reminded them of the timeless wisdom in Iqbal’s works. The event concluded with a special prayer for the prosperity and unity of the Muslim Ummah.
