Lahore, September 2024 – The construction of Masjid-e-Zahra, located at Sundar Adda, Multan Road, Lahore, is progressing steadily. Sultan Naeem Abbas, the in-charge of construction at the site, shared exciting updates about the recent tile work being done on the main gates, washrooms, and walls near the entrance.
In an exclusive interview, Mr. Abbas explained, “The tile work for the main gates is nearly 80% complete. We’ve carefully chosen high-quality materials to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. The tiles will add a majestic look to the entrance, making it a focal point for worshippers as they enter the masjid.”
The construction of the washrooms is also nearing completion, with the installation of tiles on walls and floors underway. “We are ensuring that the washrooms are built to modern standards, providing both functionality and comfort. The tiles chosen for this area are easy to clean and will maintain their finish for years to come,” said Mr. Abbas.
Additionally, the walls near the main gate are being tiled to create a cohesive design throughout the masjid’s entrance area. Mr. Abbas emphasized the importance of this finishing touch, which will provide a seamless visual experience from the exterior to the interior of the mosque.
With these major developments, Masjid-e-Zahra is steadily moving towards its final phase of construction, bringing the community one step closer to having a beautifully completed place of worship.
