Lahore (Special Report):
As per tradition, Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr will organize a grand and spiritually uplifting annual Mehfil Zikr-e-Hussain (R.A) to commemorate the eternal sacrifices of the martyrs of Karbala. This blessed gathering will be held at Masjid-e-Zahra and Khanqah Sultan ul Ashiqeen, Rangilpur Sharif, via Sundar Adda, Multan Road, Lahore, where a large number of devotees, lovers of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), and followers of Ahl-e-Bait (R.A) are expected to attend.
The sacred event will be held under the esteemed guidance and spiritual supervision of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman (Maddazillahu Al-Aali). His spiritual leadership brings a unique depth to such gatherings, where the fragrance of Ishq-e-Hussaini, the light of Faqr-e-Muhammadi (PBUH), and the spirit of inner transformation can be deeply felt.
The mehfil will commence with the recitation of the Holy Quran followed by praises (naat) in honor of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Tributes will then be paid to the supreme sacrifice of the martyrs of Karbala, especially Imam Hussain (R.A) and his loyal companions, who stood firm in the face of tyranny and upheld the truth with unmatched courage and love for Allah.
Speakers from Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr will deliver insightful addresses, highlighting the noble character of Imam Hussain (R.A), the essence of the battle of Karbala, and its deep connection to the path of Faqr-e-Muhammadi. They will emphasize that Karbala is not merely a historical event but an everlasting symbol of patience, steadfastness, and Divine love for all spiritual seekers.
The program will also feature soulful Sufi poetry, manqabats, and salutation (salaam) in honor of the Ahl-e-Bait (R.A). The mehfil will conclude with a heartfelt collective prayer for the unity of the Muslim Ummah, the safety and prosperity of Pakistan, and the spiritual awakening of individuals through inner purification.
This spiritually charged gathering will not only keep alive the message and memory of Karbala but also serve—under the luminous guidance of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen (Maddazillahu Al-Aqdas)—as a beacon for spreading the teachings of Faqr and igniting the fire of Divine love in the hearts of sincere seekers.
