Thousands of devotees from across the country and beyond converged upon the spiritual hub of Bazm-e-Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen in Lahore. It is conducted every Sunday after the Zuhr prayer.
The mehfil commenced with a recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by a heartfelt naat in praise of the Holy Prophet (SAW). A renowned scholar then delivered a detailed sermon on a Sufi-related topic, exploring the intricacies of spiritual enlightenment and the path towards divine union.
As the sermon concluded, the gathering offered collective prayers, seeking blessings and guidance from the Almighty. The mehfil was then brought to a close with a sense of spiritual fulfillment. Following the event, a langar (free meal) was served to the numerous devotees, providing a tangible expression of hospitality and community.
Β For those seeking a deeper spiritual connection, the opportunity to take the oath of allegiance (bayat) on the sacred hand of the Imam of the Silsila Sarwari Qadri order, Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Hazrat Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman, was offered. And after the bayat, Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen bestowed upon the seeker of Allah the Ism-e-Allah Zaat and Sultan ul Azkar Hoo as well.
The event featured a series of spiritual discourses, and prayers, all centered around the teachings of renowned Sufi Saint’s Include Hazrat Shiekh Abdul Qadir Jillani , Hazrat Sultan Bahoo (R.A). Attendees expressed their deep admiration for Sultan Bahoo’s message of unity, Presence of Mohammadan Assembly, and Divine Union.
