Lahore (Tuesday, 19 August 2025) — Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr is honoured to announce that a magnificent and spiritually enlightening Mehfil will be held at Khanqah Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen, Lahore, in celebration of the sacred birthday of the present Imam of the Sarwari Qadri Order, Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman. This blessed occasion is not merely a remembrance of his birth but a moment to reflect upon his unparalleled spiritual services and his divinely ordained mission of spreading the true essence of Islam — Faqr, the eternal legacy of Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him).
The Mehfil will begin with recitation from the Holy Quran by a renowned Qari, filling the gathering with the fragrance of Allah’s words. Following this, heart-touching Hamd and Naats will be recited to praise Allah Almighty and the Beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Special Manqabat in honour of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen will be presented by devotees, expressing their deep love, reverence, and gratitude for their Murshid.
A highlight of the event will be special speeches by senior members of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr. These addresses will shed light on the life, struggles, and achievements of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen — from his early years, when his heart was devoted to Allah’s remembrance, to his lifelong efforts to revive the true spirit of Islam in the modern age. The speakers will particularly focus on his extraordinary role in making the path of Ism-e-Allah Zaat accessible to every sincere seeker, regardless of social status, nationality, or language.
The Mehfil will welcome disciples, followers, and spiritual seekers from across Pakistan and many other countries. The love and devotion of international followers will also be reflected through live streaming of the entire program on Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr’s official social media platforms, ensuring that those who cannot attend physically will still be able to connect with this ocean of blessings.
The spiritual peak of the Mehfil will be the presence and address of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen himself.
